Joulebody integrates Western and Eastern philosophies that strengthen the body and mind.

It’s a concept specifically designed to distance Joulebody from conventional gyms and studios.

By combining traditional fitness services with mind and body wellness we’re able to offer a

wide array of services: yoga, meditation, health counseling as well as weight management,

cardio training. Who knows, maybe someday we’ll offer a kettlebell and yoga class. Maybe

not, but you get the idea.
