Policies

Local Delivery: Local deliveries are delivered via bike courier in Manhattan, NY. Delivery days are between Sunday evenings to Friday evenings. Morning deliveries are between 8:00am - 11:00am and evening deliveries are between 6:00pm - 10:00pm. You need to be available by phone during the delivery period. You understand that the delivery person will be unable to wait more than 10 minutes at a given location. If you are in a walk-up building or at an office building, you must come downstairs to pick up your cleanse. If you are not present at the scheduled time of delivery, you will be charged a re-delivery fee of $40. If you plan to have your package delivered to a doorman, please confirm with your building that they do accept perishable packages. Please refrigerate your package right away.

National Delivery: If you are outside of Manhattan, NY you are considered a National Client. This means your cleanse arrives on either Tuesday or Thursday via FedEx priority overnight. We only ship to where FedEx delivers. We ship using a special courier, Periship, that specializes in perishables and we only ship priority overnight. Please note delivery is estimated to arrive between 8am - 12pm. This may change due to weather, zone, or event outside of our control.  Your package does not require a signature. Your package will only be left unattended if the FedEx driver feels the package will be safe. You will receive a confirmation email after purchase that provides you with more details on delivery. If your zone is at a later commit time, FedEx will contact you directly with your shipment information.

Please note the following terms and conditions you accepted upon ordering your cleanse: Since the food provided in the Joulebody Program is prepared and delivered fresh, you must provide at least 72 hours prior to prep day for any change or cancellation on a delivery or you will be charged the entire amount for that delivery. You agree to be present to accept delivery of the food or have made prior arrangements with Joulebody at least 48 hours in advance of the delivery. If you fail to accept delivery, you will be charged the full price for the food and will be charged if you would like re-delivery.

Terms and Conditions: By joining the Joulebody Wellness Program Diet ("the Program"), you agree and acknowledge the following: 1. Since the food provided in the Program is prepared and delivered fresh to you across the nation, you must provide at least 72 hours prior to prep day for cancellation or change for any delivery that you do not wish to receive or you will be charged the entire amount for that delivery. 2. You agree to be present to accept delivery of the food or have made prior arrangements with Joulebody at least 48 hours in advance of the delivery. If you fail to accept delivery, you will be charged the full price for the food or will be charged if you would like a re-delivery. 3. Due to the nature of the Program and the fact that the food is prepared specifically for each client, you understand that Joulebody will not issue refunds for any reason. 4. You understand that the delivery person will be unable to wait more than 10 minutes. Local deliveries: If you are not present at the scheduled time of delivery, you will be charged a re-delivery fee of $40. National deliveries: If you are not home for delivery and do not contact us about options, you will charged full price for the product. 5. You understand that national delivery is an estimated time between 8am -12pm. This may change without prior notice. We are not responsible for any weather delays as your cleanse does arrive in an insulated box with ice to make sure the product stay's fresh. 6.You are aware that the food is made in a facility where both nuts and dairy are processed. If you have an allergy to either and choose to consume the food from the Program, you take full responsibility for any allergic reaction that you may have to the food. 7. You are aware and accept to be added to our mailing list to receive cleanse instructions, offers, newsletters, and solicitations. 8.You are aware that we do not take back products once they leave our facility.  9. You understand that if we place an order for you and you do not confirm, we will not send out the product. 10. If we place the order for you and send it out before charging your credit card, we can charge your credit card at any point and without notice for the product that was received. 11.You understand that none of the claims made by the Program have been evaluated in any way by the FDA. The statements contained therein have not been evaluated by the FDA. This Program is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. As always, you should consult with your physician before starting any diet or exercise program.
