Local Delivery: Local deliveries are  in Manhattan,NY and some areas of Brooklyn, NY. Deliveries are between Sunday evenings to Friday evenings. Morning deliveries are between 8:00am - 11:00am and evening deliveries are between 6:00pm - 9:30pm. National Delivery: If you are outside of Manhattan,NY you are considered a National Client. Your Cleanse arrives on either Tuesday, Thursday,or Friday. We only ship to where ever FedEx delivers. We ship using a special courier service that specializes in perishables and we only ship priority overnight express. Please note the following terms and conditions you accepted upon ordering your cleanse: Since the food provided in the Joulebody Program is prepared and delivered fresh, you must provide at least 72 hours prior to prep day for any change or cancellation on a delivery or you will be charged the entire amount for that delivery. You agree to be present to accept delivery of the food or have made prior arrangements with Joulebody at least 48 hours in advance of the delivery. If you fail to accept delivery, you will be charged the full price for the food and will be charged if you would like re-delivery.  For Local Deliveries: We deliver locally by bike. You understand that the delivery person will be unable to wait more than 15 minutes. If you are in a walk-up building or at an office building, you must come downstairs to pick up your cleanse. If you are not present at the scheduled time of delivery, you will be charged a re-delivery fee of $40. For National Deliveries: We ship Priority Overnight through FedEx as our delivery method. Delivery time and day depends on your location. You will receive a confirmation email that provides you with an estimated time. If your zone is at a later commit time, FedEx will contact you directly with your shipment information. All packages require a signature on release, unless otherwise requested.

Since the food provided in the Program is prepared and delivered fresh to you across the nation, you must provide at least 72 hours prior to prep day for cancelation or change for any delivery that you do not wish to receive or you will be charged the entire amount for that delivery. 2. You agree to be present to accept delivery of the food or have made prior arrangements with Joulebody at least 48 hours in advance of the delivery. Due to the nature of the Program and the fact that the food is prepared specifically for each client, you understand that Joulebody will not issue refunds for any reason. 4. You are aware that the Program food is made in a facility where both nuts and dairy are processed. If you have an allergy to either and choose to consume the food from the Program, you take full responsibility for any allergic reaction that you may have to the food. 6. You are aware and accept to be added to our mailing list to receive cleanse instructions, offers, newsletters, and solicitations. 7.You are aware that we do not take back products once they leave our facility.  8.You understand that none of the claims made by the Program have been evaluated in any way by the FDA. The statements contained therein have not been evaluated by the FDA. This Program is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. As always, you should consult with your physician before starting any diet or exercise program.
