Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Joulebody, we offer both one-time purchases and subscription (recurring) deliveries. This policy explains how cancellations and changes work for each.

 

One-Time Orders

Cancellations are only possible before your order is processed or shipped.

Once an order enters processing or ships, it can’t be canceled.

To request a cancellation, email [hi@joulebody.com] with your order number as soon as possible. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

 

Subscription / Recurring Deliveries (“Purchase Options”)

When you select a subscription, you authorize recurring charges based on the frequency you choose.

Cancel, Skip, Pause, or Edit

You may cancel, skip, pause, or edit your subscription anytime, provided changes are made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled charge.

Edits include:

  • changing products or quantities

  • updating delivery frequency

  • updating shipping address

  • updating payment method

Once a charge is processed, that order is confirmed and will ship as scheduled.

 

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription through:

  • your customer account (Manage Subscription), or

  • the subscription management link in your emails, or

  • by contacting us at [hi@joulebody.com]

Refunds

Orders already processed (including subscription renewals) are not eligible for cancellation.

Any returns or refunds, if offered, are handled under our Refund/Return Policy.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or fails to arrive, contact us and we’ll take care of it.

 

Failed Payments

If a payment attempt fails, we may retry your payment method. If payment can’t be completed, your shipment may be delayed or canceled.

 

Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on our website.
