This is another green juice. Super easy to make and really healthy for your gut.
Ingredients
- (1) cup green leafs (spinach &/or kale)
- 3 - 4 cups water depends on texture preference
- (3) celery stalk
- add honey or maple for sweeter taste
- 1/4 fresh ginger
- Pinch of Cayenne
- (1/4) cup parsley
- (1/4) lemon wedge
Instructions
Add to blender. Blend for 1-2 minutes
