Shipping policy

Shipping is a flat $4.99 on every order, and orders of $100 or more ship free.

Once your order ships, it usually arrives in 4 to 7 business days within the United States. We email you a tracking link as soon as it is on its way.

Need to change your address? Email hi@joulebody.com with your order number before your order ships and we will update it for you.

Ordering from outside the US? Email hi@joulebody.com with your country and we will let you know what is possible.

If your package goes missing or arrives damaged, take a look at our refund policy and we will make it right.
