- 1 cup green leaves (spinach, kale, swiss chard, bok choy, etc)
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 2 dates
- 1 kiwi
- 1 cup of green grapes
- 1 celery stalk
- 1/4 cup parsley
COOKING TIME
5 minutes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients into a blender
- Blend for 1 minute
- Drink immediately or store in a sealed container for up to 3 days
