Edamame is a soy bean that's filled with protein. Mother earth made to help balance your hormones.
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 cups edamame ( 3 frozen packs )
- 1 cup cucumber, peeled and small diced
- 1/2 cup red or green pepper
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1-inch fresh ginger minced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoons turmeric
- 2 tablespoons parsley chopped
- pinch or 2 of cayenne
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 4 cups veggie broth
- 2 cups of water
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook Edamame
- Add all ingredients, mix well and chill before serving.
- Season with minced cilantro and additional salt if needed
