Energizing Chia Pudding

Cacao is a sacred ingredient surrounded by ceremonies that have been said to bring clarity around love, work, and intuition. After learning all this superfood can do to heal inflammation and balance hormones, it made sense to create a pudding for an extra special treat.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup coconut milk or nut milk

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoons cup cacao powder

  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt

  • a little turmeric
  • a little black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
  • add all dry ingredients into a bowl
  • add all wet ingredients into the same bowl
  • Close the jar tightly with a lid, and shake well to combine.
  • Refrigerate overnight
  • Top with berries and seeds, nuts like walnuts almonds!
