INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup kale
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup lettuce
For Dressing:
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 cup parsley, roughly chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
- 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan salt
- pinch cayenne
- 1/2 cup water
INSTRUCTIONS for Salad
- Add all ingredients into a bowl.
- Mix.
- Marinate salad with dressing

- In vita mix, combine all ingredients and blend until completely smooth.
- Serve with Kale salad.
