Reboot Smoothie

After a night out, you may need to reboot your body. Dehydration for too much drinking, fluctuating sugar levels and appetite caused by interrupted sleep pattern, alcohol or eating out and inflammation from partying too much!

The nitric oxide found in beets can increase blood flow and oxygen efficiency as well as maintain healthy blood pressure. Beets also contain potassium, vitamin C, fiber, and folate

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 tbsp ginger root
  • 2 kale leafs
  • 1/2 cup of orange juice
  • 1 small beet cut in four pieces
  • 1/2 cup filtered water

COOKING TIME

5 minutes

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add all ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend for 2 minutes
  • Add ice & Drink
