INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons cup date syrup
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup broccoli (shredded)
- 1/2 cabbage, chopped
- 1 tablespoon amino acid
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
COOKING TIME
20 minutes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Whisk together first 6 ingredients in a small bowl.
- Combine broccoli slaw, and cabbage in a large bowl.
- Cover and chill both slaw mixture and remaining mayonnaise mixture at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
- Drain slaw mixture, just before serving, discarding excess liquid; return to bowl.
- Add reserved half of mayonnaise mixture and walnuts, tossing to coat.
