Wild Rice Red Risotto Salad

Wild Rice Red Risotto Salad

Activated ingredient wild rice, beets and mushrooms fill this Italian inspired traditional risotto, but powered by plants for a higher vibration in the gut and mind. You can keep the leftovers in your freezer for later use. 
 
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup cooked wild rice
  • 1 cup Liver cleansing Beet Salad
  • 1 Tbs olive oil 
  • ½ red onion, fine diced 
  • 1 cup mushroom, thin sliced 
  • pinch cayenne pepper 
  • 2 cup broth (your preference)
  • 2 clove garlic, pressed 
  • 1 Tbs sea salt 
  • 2 Tbs lemon juice 
  • ¼ cup cilantro, minced
  •  1 cup carrot, shredded 
  • 1 cup celery, small diced

 

INSTRUCTIONS
  • Cook onion, garlic, and celery in olive oil till tinder 
  • Add mushrooms, lemon juice, salt, cayenne pepper, cook till tender 
  • Add rice, slowly add in broth till absorbed, constantly stirring. 
  • Add Liver Cleansing Beet Salad and cilantro, stir well
  • Remove from heat
