Activated ingredient wild rice, beets and mushrooms fill this Italian inspired traditional risotto, but powered by plants for a higher vibration in the gut and mind. You can keep the leftovers in your freezer for later use.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup cooked wild rice
- 1 cup Liver cleansing Beet Salad
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- ½ red onion, fine diced
- 1 cup mushroom, thin sliced
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 cup broth (your preference)
- 2 clove garlic, pressed
- 1 Tbs sea salt
- 2 Tbs lemon juice
- ¼ cup cilantro, minced
- 1 cup carrot, shredded
- 1 cup celery, small diced
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook onion, garlic, and celery in olive oil till tinder
- Add mushrooms, lemon juice, salt, cayenne pepper, cook till tender
- Add rice, slowly add in broth till absorbed, constantly stirring.
- Add Liver Cleansing Beet Salad and cilantro, stir well
- Remove from heat
