INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Soaked Sunflower Seeds
- 1 cup Raw Fennel Root
- 1/4 Cup Red Onion
- 3 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp. Thyme
- 1/2 tsp. Cayenne
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- 4 Stalks Diced Celery
- 1 cup Olive Oil
COOKING TIME
5 minutes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Massage the collard leaf with a little salt and olive oil
- Blend all the ingredients together — save a celery stalk for toppings
- Thinly slice celery and carrots
- Place the Collard leaf on the counter
- Take 3 tblsp of sunflower mixture and add onto the leaf
- add some of the thinly sliced celery and carrots
- roll and tuck it closed
- Enjoy cold
