INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tablespoons any organic hummus
  • handful thinly sliced carrots
  • handful thinly sliced celery
  • handful thinly sliced cucumber
  • 2 Collard leaves
  • 2 oz amino acid 

COOKING TIME

15 minutes

INSTRUCTIONS

  • layout collard leaves
  • cut out middle stem (membrane) so you have 2 halves of a collard green
  • add 1 tablespoon of hummus in the center of your collard
  • add some of each of your thinly sliced veggies
  • roll
  • Dip into your amino acid sauce
